Basic Call Answering

When it comes to answering the calls we can either answer for the entire company or just specific staff. Our basic service includes call answering, using the custom script provided by you. After greeting the caller, we will transfer the call to the desired destination, whether voicemail, a cell phone, or any other external number selected by you. We can custom design a plan for clients with a high volume of calls or only the occasional call.

Enhanced Call Answering

Sometimes you need a little more information before you receive the call. Our staff is trained to take the caller’s basic information and screen the call to the destination that you have specified. When it comes to enhanced call answering, our team can either screen for the entire company or just for specific clients of that company. If you do not answer a call in three rings, our staff can forward the caller to the your voicemail. If you receives higher than normal call volume, we can arrange a rate that meets their needs.

If you sign up for the Enhanced Call Answering Plan, we can further assist callers by taking a personal message and emailing it directly to your client. We will record and send the caller’s name, what the call is regarding, and the caller’s contact information.

Voice Messages

Our staff can verbally take a message from a caller and, immediately following the call, verbally relay the message to you by phone.

Enhanced Greeting

Standard personalized call answering greetings can contain up to 16 words. In the event that a you need a more detailed greeting, we can enhance the service to your needs.

Heavy User Coverage

Our answering plans come with enough coverage for the vast majority of our clients. We understand that there are some users that have an unusually high call volume. In the rare case that the user exceeds the allotted calls, our staff is prepared to handle the increased volume. Additional charges will apply for calls that exceed the package plan.
